Maverick Kilbride

Hip Hop

Maverick Kilbride is dancer, teacher and choreographer in the Vancouver dance community who started dancing at the age of nine. Since then Maverick has taught drop-in hip-hop classes at Douglas College and choreographed pieces and taught workshops for UBC’s Rare Candies. He is also a teacher for Culturally Defined Varsity Team. He has trained and performed with Unity Dance Company for the past five years. Maverick hopes to continue to teach and inspire the next generation of dancers through the love of music and movement. He is a believer in constant learning and is always striving to improve his craft
