IMPORTANT DATES
To reserve your current time, please fill up this form by May 18th. From May 19th – May 31st, students wishing to change time slots will be contacted. After May 31st, all other inquiries will be able to book from what is available.
DEPOSIT
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your registration. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice.
