Music. Dance. Theater.
Founded in 2002, we are committed to guiding students of all ages and skill levels to meet their goals and find inspiration while doing so.
CW Music & Performing Arts in Vancouver offers in-person & online classes in piano, voice, guitar, drums, ukulele, violin, viola, bass, dance, musical theatre, runway and acting. Our teachers are also capable of preparing students for Royal Conservatory of Music piano & theory/harmony/history exams.
CW Music teachers are qualified in their discipline, providing a unique and highly personalized method of learning, creating an environment to nurture, educate and encourage creative individuals to achieve a deeper appreciation of their studies.
Unique to our studio are our “packages” which offer “multi-discipline lessons” where a student may choose to learn two instruments in one sitting, or pair up a private lesson with dance, runway, acting or any other group program we offer at our school for tuition savings.
We are also very pleased to offer Music Therapy to students/clients of all ages, gender, cultural background, and conditions. Families may qualify for government funding to support children with autism in music education and music therapy. CW Music is registered organization for autism funding with the Ministry of Children & Family Development.
Our studio approaches arts education in a non-competitive light, yet we strive for the excellence of each individual’s artistic ability and potential.
Students prepare for recitals twice a year and may be asked to perform in fundraisers benefiting local charities. Our award-winning CW Music Rock band program has performed on CTV, Vancouver Television, with Kean Cipriano Tour at Massey Theatre, with Sheryn Regis (Crystal Voice of Asia) at Aria Convention Centre, Canada Day Parade, Minion Tour (promotion of Despicable Me 2, Universal Pictures) at Playland, and internationally in the Philippines for a benefit concert to support at-risk children.
CW Music has raised over $20,000.00 for the BC Cancer Foundation, The Ride to Conquer Cancer/Tour de Cure.
