Pre-registration Form will be accessible from May 1 to May 18th. Please fill it up between May 1 and May 18th to allow us time to schedule/reserve your time slots. Please note that no time slot will be held after May 18th. All registrations before May 18th will have their annual registration waived for the 2024-2025 Term.
